Payment Policies

Payment Method:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) bank transfers, and digital payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay)

Deposits:

A 30%  non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event.

Late Payment:

Payments not received by the due date will incur a 5% late fee for each day after the deadline until payment is completed  

Camcellation Fees:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the 30% deposit.

Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable

Clients may reschedule their event without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduled event must take place within 6 months of the original booking.

EVENT PLANNING AND CUSTOMISATION:

We work closely with each client to ensure every detail is perfect. Whether you need a specific theme, custom decor or specialised dietary needs, our team will design the perfect event plan.

Consultations:

We provide a free initial consultation to understand your event needs and provided advise where needed. 

Menu Tastings:

Complimentary tasting for events over 100 guests after booking confirmation.
